330d with iDrive - oil level screen?

I have a 08 reg 330d pre Lci and I can't veiw oil level on the idrive either. Never have been able to, I use the dipstick sometimes.i think Lci models you can use I drive?

Defo can on mine - Oct '09 built e92 330d pre-lci but with the 'newer' 7 button iDrive ...

From Main Menu - Vehicle Information - Vehicle Status - 3rd icon down - needs Ignition On to measure if oil level sufficient for Engine Start - needs Engine running (idling ok) for about 30 secs to measure oil level (lovely green line all the way up to Max - phew !!).

Wow 4 year old thread resurection!!

Both my pre LCi 330i and LCI 335i cars could / can see oil level on idrive screen in various menus..
