Whats a good way to launch from a stop

Just bought a new 335xi sedan with jb4 but wanted to know what is the best way or how to launch from a stop if you are racing someone. It is an automatic with the 6speed. Power breaking?

It's funny how u see more and more AT guys asking this question, especially on xi, where it's much easier to do than a manual car......is there less an less manual drivers out there or they just better drivers?

Yes brake boost about 2500rpm. Tried it on a xi loaner I had....
