Will 245/30/19 tires fit on a 19x9.5 wheel?

Im looking into buying a set of avant garde 310s off a friend but they have
m3 fitment which is +22 offset rears. So Im looking to stretch the tires using 245/30/19s. This shouldnt be a problem should it? Im sure I wouldnt be the first person doing this?

What are your front tires? I am running 245/35 19 on rear 220m m3 wheel with 23et offset with zero problems.

The fronts will be 19x8.5 with 235/35/19 tires I believe offset +35. And the rears are +22. THe rims are off an M3 so Im worried about the rear fitment and rubbing. Thats why Im going as small as 245/30/19 tires. I cant find anyone in my area willing to roll the fenders. Everyone says its too risky for cracking the paint. And to be honest, if I can avoid rolling the fenders, Id rather just avoid it. But I also dont want to deal with rubbing wheels on the rear fenders. Do you think Ill be ok with a rear offset of +22 and 245/30/19 tires?
