Dealer offered a fuel injector cleaning

I went in to drop off my car today for my scheduled check and oil change and the dealer was trying upsell me on some services.

I was surprised that one of those items was a fuel injector cleaning service. I was in a rush so I didn't really have a chance to ask more but the paper he was reading off was stating that it helps reduce carbon build up.

I will ask some questions when I go in later to pick up my car.

Has anyone else had this experience?

Also any questions you guys want me to ask?

Purely a guess, but this sounds like a chemical cleaning/purge, not a walnut blasting (by contrast). The dealer probably offers the same service for the gassers.
