Hey guys, I'm looking to buy some parts for my 2008 e92 335i, sparkling graphite. I got into a minor fender bender accident with the other party admitting fault, but then she filed a claim and blamed it on me. I'm trying to see if I can acquire parts and avoid going through my insurance policy...

Anyway, I am looking for a hood and passenger fender. Would any of you guys happen to know where I can buy a headlight casing as well? Mine cracked from the accident, but the headlight and housing itself is fine. It's just the outer clear part that's damaged.

In the event that you can't find just a replacement lens (I don't think there's anyway to buy them) and have to buy a whole new headlight, let me know what you wind up doing with the damaged one. I'm trying to develop a new angel eye solution for the community and I need a donor headlight for usage as a testbed.

Hey guys, sorry for getting back so late. Thank you for all the responses, but I decided to go through my insurance instead. The costs for acquiring all the parts would have exceeded my deductible so I figured this would be the best course of action.

I am however, now looking for a sparking graphite rear bumper! I'd prefer an M-tech but if you guys have any offers shoot them my way please! I'll be more diligent on responding back to PMs and such as well. Sorry, and thanks!

I'll talk to the shop working on my car and see what's up. What exactly are you trying to develop? Sounds like an interesting project!

I'm trying to do a new approach to angel eyes, something different from the current methods of halogen bulb (stock, GP Thunder, etc.), LED H8 bulb replacement (LUX, etc.), and ring replacement (OSS, OneEighty, etc.). Don't want to spill all the details just yet, but I've been doing my research and working things out on paper, but obviously I need to actually start physically testing. If there's anything I've learned over the years, it's that the planning stages and application stages don't exactly match up, haha.
