dammit i just flew home from west palm 2 days ago!!!! i would have loved a face to face on the issue on behalf of e90post!!! i am extremely disappointed in the lazy attitude!!! the reason the GB was falling and is falling apart is b/c Bav you don't give any reasons or lead times on production...the one time you did stated 3 weeks ago!!! now it seems like you don't have a clue what is going on...but isn't this your project? shouldn't you be aware to these lead times for production of the individual parts? i don't understand why you have to go to your boss for everything!!!! you should have this knowledge!!! what are the dates for production?if you have the molds for all the pieces then what the hell is taking so long...you had the molds months ago!!! i don't understand what the hell is taking so long and why we can't get an honest update....shit i was on vacation i still worked!!! my dad was working on vacation everyday and he owns his own company as well!!! i just wish you would answer the important q's or get some knowledge...it's not like it's best buy up the street and it's 2am and they are closed...this is a private company with average joe's not taking action...if you guys are getting attacked and knocked constantly over this why the hell wouldn't you fix it asap? this is your companies livelihood!!! come on or i will just fly down to palm beach again and we can settle this....you may have said no refunds...but no one i know takes 50% of the money and takes this long!!! any company that has on e90post hasn't lasted long....i know your prices are great and you were on the vaca...but now it is time to rectify this!!!! you need to get the ball rolling...are you telling me your boss doesn't know the lead times for the last 3 parts since the first one was supposedly already made!!! we should be 3 weeks out at the latest...how the hell did you give us the bunk holiday time frame...if i gave lead times like that i would be out on the street like i said before!!!! Bav this is getting ridiculous!!!!

You know, after yet another problem with a vendor, I'm done buying stuff from new vendors. If you aren't an established vendor like Industry, Eisenhaus, JWLevi, etc, then you're shit outta luck with me.

I understand your frustration but I had a very good experience with M Force Design. Their customer service is top notch and they really want you to be 100% happy.

Despite multiple people saying the same thing you still have not responded.
You are just like a schizophrenic patient. We ask you about delivery and you talk about vacation. Someone asks the schizophrenic if he hears strange voices and he responds by saying, " No all those other voices are not strangers, they are my friends." |

Instead of trying to talk to them over and over again with no responses, you need to go after them hard. Call your Credit card companies now, not tomorrow or next week. If someone knows their physical address in Florida, then call the police, because what they perpetrated was fraud. Do something significant to both recover your losses and make THEM pay. I'm a vengeful bastard, so thats just how I think.

If someone can give me a physical address to their company in west palm I will call the cops. I beleive Bav's name is Steve but not sure. Any help would be appreciated but I have no problems in being the one to call.
Once I have a name of an officer and referance number to a case I will post it up so that everyone can call the officer and give the reference number so that the police can see the number of fraudulent exchanges and the total amount of money. Thanks |

Bav, how about responding with some answers before everyone bails on this. I am pretty close to disputing this and getting my money back. I am generally a pretty patient guy, but this is ridiculous. We need answers today or I think you will be seeing a mass exodus from the group buy. Balls in your court - and no answer from you is just feeding into people wanting to leave the group buy.

Just so you guys know: As I had alot of experience in the paypal section.
Once you cancel your current dispute. You can never open another one again on that dispute you opened already. So if you pull you're dispute off now and they say... "Ok, we are going ahead and pulling this off" - Then they decide to just go to tropical with your money, your sugar honey ice tea outta luck. But you still have your CC disputes, I guess. Whatever the case may be, good luck. Just sharing my insight. |

don't they have a phone number?
Bav's in a tough spot. No sight into production times and angry customers . My advice to Bav, get out of the group buy business. Demand for products exist, just believe in yourself. Get the money, make the intakes, and the ppl will buy. |

Coming up on the middle of January and apparently still have not paid their sponsor fees since the their threads are locked.
Bav - Please speak up and make this right for those of us that have given you $400 a piece months ago by either delivering the product in the next couple of weeks or refunding the money. Thanks, Scott |

A whois lookup on their website (currently down) just returned the info for whoever runs their site and no bavdom business information. Anyone want to skip trace by calling the PA business and asking for bavdom's address and phone number?
