Got it from BavarianX; they gave me a great deal on the bumper w/paint. Fit is spot on with no modifications.

Yeah, just have the shutter open longer. Love the VMR 713s on there- really ties the car together.

Fronts are 19x8.5 33+ offset w/12mm spacers. No rubbing
Rears are 19x9.5 22+ offset w/5mm spacers. No rubbing either.

I was just searching under m3 bumper and saw this thread.
Dude! Your car looks fricken sick man!

To answer your question, I would put the shutter speed to 1/60th.
This should still the car enough but keep the wheels blurred.
You were probably at 1/100th or 1/250th.
