FS (SoCal): Like-new M-Tech Shift knob, Handbrake, & Steering Wheel (M package)

Item Interest

I changed out most of my interior a while ago and finally decided to sell my full M Package interior now that I'm taking my steering wheel out. This includes the M-Tech shift knob with boot, M-tech handbrake with boot, and M-tech steering wheel (without airbag). The M-tech package pieces are all black leather with black stitching, with perforated leather accents (shift knob, hand brake handle, steering wheel sides).

The shift knob and handbrake have less than 3,000 miles on them, and the steering wheel has less than 10,000 miles on it. All pieces look brand new. There is no wear or tear whatsoever, these are mint.

The shift knob and handbrake are ready to ship right now. The steering wheel will be out of the car in a few days, I'm still waiting to receive my aftermarket wheel.

Shift knob /w boot - SOLD

Steering wheel (outside only, no airbag, for manual trans) - $300

Haven't heard back from the guy that said he was buying the full package yet, so as of now, the wheel is still available.

Yes, all of the pieces are interchangeable between 1 and 3 series. They just don't fit the 5 series.

I don't believe the boot from your knob fits into the E90 center console, ours isn't triangular. Boot and knob are separable, but you won't be able to install knob as cleanly once boot has been separated.

It would appear that you are correct. The shift knob will work, but the shift boot will not. I did not know this.

However, it looks as though the parking brake boot works for both models (and obviously the handle).

To all the E90 owners out there the EBRAKE DOES NOT FIT. I just checked it with mine and compared pics. Not even close.

Just an update here, had a member here check to see if the handbrake boot would fit and it does not.

So to be clear, the parts that DEFINITELY FIT:

Steering wheel
Shift knob
Hand brake handle

DOES NOT FIT:

Shift boot
Hand brake boot

Thanks for the Shift Knob! FYI, if you separate this particular boot and knob, the boot becomes torn and useless. Fortunately, I was probably going to toss the boot anyways since I don't own a 1-series. The leather on it is nicer than stock though. Quite a pity...

Alright, the buyer for the wheel may have fallen through. I have it off the car now though, and it's ready to be picked up (or shipped at buyer's expense). Handbrake is also still available.

I also have the M trim piece for the wheel available for sale for $50.
