Anyone high speed buff?

I am thinking about high speed buffing my '06 330. I did it once two years ago and it looked amazing. I'm starting to see a lot of fine scratches and a lot of swirls on my rear bumper. I am thinking about using meguiars ultimate compound. Then sealing it off with a nice wax.

1. Has anyone used meguiars ultimate compound?

2. Any tips on high speed buffing?

I use Meguiars Ultimate compound quite often but I use it with a D/A. If you use UC you will need to follow it with UP as UC wont finish out perfect on dark paint. If you have white paint you can seal it. Do you have any experience with the rotory?
