I just bought my 06 325i for the same price with 20k miles and a warranty. My wife would probably kill me if I went out and got this, I want too so bad though!

Double check all records ... Some cars will show "clean" title because the cost of fixing a car is less than a certain amount, thereby avoiding a possible "salvage title". ... (e.g flood damage)

All fleet vehicle means is it was a lease. Could be a granny who drove it, could be a 16 year old kid.
