My car as is. Input wanted on powder coating wheels
Hey all,
I know I'm probable new to all of you. I've been on here for awhile, I just tend tu lurk, haha. Anyway, I was thinking about powdercoating my hyperblack CSL style wheels white but I want some input first. Here's the most recent high quality photo of my car... It's from over the summer and I've since installed wheel spacers and the car is slightly lower in the front and at least a half inch or so lower in the rear. Sorry it's not more recent but hey, I guess I just don't take enough pictures of my car? If white does't work out for the wheels I'll probably just wait until I can afford something 3 piece or very light and go for those. I'd love to give white wheels a shot though. |

I'm not apposed to white wheels in anyway all I'm saying is that they will be a pain in the ass to clean. If you do decide to go white definitely go with a low dust pad

black and white is a hard combo to rock. The csl style rims I feel aren't the right style to try to go white with. I'd save up..
Personally my favorite black and white setup

Yeah I feel like with these wheels, white would either look really good or really bad. Probably isn't worth risking throwing $350-400 out the window for. |

That being said, I'm almost afraid to stray from the sort of OE look that my car has now, because I'm pretty low for being on 19" wheels (at least in my opinion. ) and I'll be installing MMW race headers this weekend. I'm not a huge fan of grabbing the attention of every motorist around me as I'm young and I like to lay low and stick to the speed limit for insurance purposes, haha. |

Not white.
... my vote? a darker GUNMETAL!!! that would be sick! I have a jet black car too and went with black with polished lip wheels... if i didnt go with those, i wouldve went with a dark gunmetal CSL style.

Micheal, white wouldnt look good on black IMO. well, for your car at least. You should do em pink haha. Or just plastidip them for now until you get a new set. I found some style95s local too if you want em lol
