328i new-is this a good deal??

Base 328i with metallic paint

Lease
48mths
20000km
$542.65 incl taxes

$3825 on delivery (freight, nitrogen $69.99, ppsa, omvic, admin fee $250, licensing, first payment, sec deposit, air tax etc)

Does any one know what programs are going on right now? This seems like a 10% discount to me unless if there are any rebates from factory to dealer going on...

At an MSRP of $42,300, a 48 month residual of 46% and a lease rate of 2.9%, I get $622.06/month with taxes. Assuming all of the other fees are part of the due on delivery cost, that monthly payment would be based on an effective purchase price of about $39,500, or about $1800 under MSRP. That sounds like a pretty standard dealer discount.

If you want to see if there are any factory to dealer incentives, you can get the carcostcanada.ca report for something like $10.

There are currently incentives of $3,600 ($2,000 factory to dealer; $1,600 auto transmission credit, which applies regardless of whether you go auto or manual). They are giving you less than a $1,000 discount from the dealer's profit.
