E92 strange mirror issue

Recently (past 2 weeks or so) i have been having issues with my drivers side wing mirror.

Not everytime but when i go back to the car the mirror is pointing towards the ground. Then i have to move it via the switch back to its normal position. The mirrors are power fold ones. Has anybody ever experienced an issue like this as its driving me bonkers

Thanks

Common issue , mine does it too. I think you need to pull off the mirror glass and clean up some contacts.
Then coat them in some protective electronic friendly grease
