BTW guys, for those who aren't on the main FB page I posted this up since I have been doing a lot of guys cars on the side lately:

**SIDE WORK AVAILABLE FOR 135i/335i/535i**

I'm just tired of everyone being over charged to get work done so in my spare time I figured I'd help out who ever wants to fix up their ride.

-Suspension work
-JB4 install and setup
-Intakes
-Down pipes
-Charge pipes
-FMIC upgrade
-Meth installation
-FSB integration
-LPFP upgrade
-HPFP repair
-Plugs
-Coils
-Roof Vinyl wrap
-VANOS replacement/ cleaning
-Fender rolling

Etc. Etc. Etc... I work on a lot of other cars as well from Maseratti to Honda, don't matter as a side passion of mine. I'm an engineer by trade so the simplicity of automotive mechanics and tuning fall in line. If you're looking for any work to be done hit me up and I'll hook it up.

Tint protector install? How about tint removal?

Amazon Local is running a deal with America's Tint's Folsom Blvd (Rancho) location for a full car tint for $149 (non-sale price is $458.

Considering that my old tint is all scratched up because the installer didn't put any tint protector, I might just jump on this deal.

Need to check with America's Tint if they install the protector themselves or we need to do it beforehand. Also, not sure about old tint removal costs.

I don't have tinting listed on that list.

I've done it before but certainly couldn't offer a better deal than someone more experienced due to them being able to do it pretty fast. There is a guy around here that does side work and charged like $100 and offers a full warranty and has been around a while.

Hey Vince.

If you could maybe run some stuff by Steven.

The digital speedo, is it the normal speedo speed or the real speed?

Also, on the CA/Key to close windows/fold mirrors, maybe the window close should be set to be a 1/2 second later than mirrors if possible. Only minor inconvenience I've had is holding lock to fold mirrors with the sunroof tilted and having that close as well.

It'll be tough. Headed to Monterey Bay today. Not sure when I'll be home. Contacting the coder now. Have to play by ear. Most likely if it happens, it'll be this evening.

When he worked on my car, I asked him about fender rolling. He said he used to do it at his prior work, but not at this one, and now only does it on the side in his spare time...but that he had been really busy lately.
