Man if your pretty hands on there's a great DIY on this. I done mine with a fellow bimmer member and it really wasn't that hard and I'm no mechanic lol. I bet if u have a friend with some tools and a lil knowledge u guys can knock it out together and maybe throw him a couple of bucks for helping out......

my dealer charged $1080. I paid $50, I don't know how anyone on here can drive a 335i w/out extended warranty. I bought my 335i w/ 70k miles, first thing I did was buy extended warranty. only $150 a month for 18 months.

5580 for 1 year? What a rip off, you got to go third party man. i paid $2.9k for 5 years 100k miles from current mileage. Endurance Warranty. Also, it's a payment plan you pay 150 a month for 18 months and then that's it.

Who is your warranty with?

I've heard horror stories of 3rd party warranty companies not wanting to honor the work...

I spent a little over $300 on a DIY. I purchase parts from a fellow forum member. I think he is selling another water pump in the fs section right now

my warranty is endurance. haven't had any issues with them. obviously if you heavily modify your car and tell them you tune your car they will not cover it. that's why I put my car to stock if I need to bring it in.
