Its ok that happens sometimes. And the big problem was when we all ordered. We ordered in the transition of 07-08MY. So everything was uncertain. We couldn't have locked rates in there were not any rates out yet. Only thing we could have did was done which was 2k over invoice. And i figure why go in before the car comes and negotiate then the day its ready go and pick it up when i could just do it all in one day. Plus i hate the dealer i bought itt from so as much as i can stay away i will. And i hope its not mroe then a week lol=) i want this carRr ugHHhhhh

Finally heard back from my CA - he says "hopefully Monday or Tuesday."

In the mean time the other family car (a Honda Fit) was rear-ended today on the highway, so hopefully it gets here sooner rather than later so that I'm not the one stuck in the rental car next week!

I have the same problem. I think my wife's car is on the PATRIOT but the VIN won't show up under any of the tracking options.

Under which option are you guys searching under. I have tried all but none worked. Is there any other shipper that they are using on the east coast other than Wallenius?

YEAH!! I finally got the call from my CA that it's here!

I suppose I can't complain since it only took 4 weeks from ED drop-off to re-delivery, but it felt like a freakin ETERNITY!

I'm just curious, which dealer did you go to in NY? I'm in the same boat. Can NEVER reach anyone at the dealer, leave messages that don't get returned. It's been over a week since I last heard from them, and I was promised a call back the same day. This has happened time and again over the last two months. SOOOOOO frustrating. If it weren't for the fact that I think I got a super deal.....

Still waiting for final delivery as well...but I am in Vermont, after all. Hopefully, I'll hear something this week. I did "lock in" my price when I first ordered the car, but I didn't negotiate the lease terms. I thought they were just fixed by BMWFS...I didn't realize the dealer could adjust the money factor by .0004. Live and learn I guess...

LIFE QUALITY IN BROOKLYN THEY SUCK I AM IN THE SAME BOAT THEY ALL SUCK. I been calling - messages these bmw people really dont treat me like lexus/acura people. They really do suck or mabey its just the dealer.

Just got off the phone with the manager and the car is still at the port. Didnt even get stamped yet i do not belive this. 11 days and still at the port might as whell just wait until november 1st and get the car cheaper.

They probaly hit my car or something i just dont understand why it is taking so long. UghHhHh People in New Jersey got there cars People in vermont got there cars and where the boat docked people still dont have there cars.

not to put you down or anything, but That MAY be a possibility, that your car may have been damaged and it is being repaired, or it simply is on a longgg line of cars waiting for transport vessels

btw did you lease? if so how much a month? & out of pocket?

I'm thinking the same thing. The only thing is that the 4.90% financing for October does look enticing. Which is why I want to lock in the rates now, and if the lease rates go down in Nov., I can just switch to the lower rate at time of delivery. Otherwise, I'd still have the loiwer financing rate. BUT NOONE EVER RETURNS MY CALLS OR PICKS UP THE PHONE. Soooo annoying!

3 weeks, and my car is STILL at the port. I'm seriously worried now that something happened to it and they're there fixing it. My bf said that they're "required" to tell us these things. Is that true? I would call my CA if they would PICK UP THE PHONE. This is so frustrating.
