Question e92 Lug nut pattern?

I'm looking to purchase some aftermarket lug nuts. But what's the lug nut pattern?

Why would the pattern affect the lug nuts themselves? There are 5 per wheel, you need 20.

That is not what he is asking

There are different thread pitches for the lugs vs other cars

Using proper terminology can avoid confusion. I know what he meant, but if people run around calling tires "wheels" then we would all get annoyed.

They are lug bolts instead of lug nuts too

You'll actually need lug bolts if you have not done a stud conversion. Take a look at EAS's Mache Schnell products.
