I have a 335i and an Lexus IS250 both are great cars but for different reasons, people who say one is better than the other imo don't make sence. The 335i is better for power and driveability no doubt, but if I have a long drive the is250 is better on fuel, and especially comfort over the 335i. It is my personal experience that MOST BMW owners fit a sterotype as arrogant assholes that is the likely hood for them being hated. As for style and apperance that is all a matter of opinion. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I have no fear keeping the lexus for 10 years and will likely sell the 335 the day the warranty is over. Different strokes for different folks!

Guys I'm in Gatlinburg TN and I havent see the 1st e90 yet lol , I'm driving a rental (ford focus) and yesterday I was on a traffic light and a scion tc pull next to me with 3 kids in it. the driver rev the engine, and I start laughing and I took my keyfob and show it to him and I say "You are lucky that this is a rental and no my bimmer " I'm not a show off but how can someone show off his scion by racing a focus? I make him look stupid

I don't know how people on this state will react to a BMW. most people here drive BIG american cars! in Ft Lauderdale there are bimmers everywere so people don't see them as a expesive cars.

I was surprised to see the high volume of posts all over the internet on how some people hate us..lol.. I started to respond to them explaining that the majority of people ( at lest that I know) do not drive BMW's because of the badge and status symbol, are not egotistical assholes who think we are better then everyone else. We drive BMW's for the love of driving, the engineering, cornering, responsiveness, performance, most of all the connection to the road. nothing to do with a status symbol.

Most of these haters have never even test drove a BMW, or a Mercedes (they seem to hate them too). I challenged them to at least test drive one to see why so many people love them. That there Japaneses cars are all just ecstatic (look alike) copies of german cars anyway without the engineering and connection to the road

Many people are just jealous, needing something to hate, don't even want to try a BMW or any german car. Mercedes just came out with the CLA250 at $29,900 (equipped at 34,500). I test drove it, wonderful car, priced around the same as the better Japanese cars. Test drive the dam thing and shut the F up. So far so responses..lol

Like this guy on the BMW's forum is like, so not fun. He totally doesn't get that my signature was like, intended to be fun and all.
