I had my car scanned at work because it didn't start this morning, i hav muffler delete and he told my my MAF was very cold (was rising) 2nd o2 sensor hard to find and fuel was jumping up and down and I think battery was at 1Volt, battery tests fine probably just starter problem but that's different n that's less back pressure so is muffler delete bad but can anyone explain the fuel consumption ?

before the muffler, did you cut those off when you did your muffler delete?
the ECU looks for those to adjust exhaust velocity,

if you removed the muffler bearings along with the mufflers, you're going to have to get new ones (probably from the dealer, since there were so many versions you'll probably get the wrong one at a junkyard)

also make sure you get them recoded or you'll just have the same issues afterwards

Better get that looked at, lime tgis backpressure can cause inverse carbon buildup in the cylinders that can reduce power and eventually seize the engine.
