snow performance 2.5 port meth injection( Will not fit)

So i just purchased the snow performance 2.5 port injection for my N54 ( including the plate that goes between engine and intake manifold), which is 1215$ ( definitely not cheap )
the kit came really complete with everything need for install, But it appears that it doesn't fit at all.
the fuel line and even the engine itself won't let you put the plate
i sent them a mail...waiting for an answer.

Might be a blessing in disguise.

I haven't read many good things about direct port meth kits because of how tiny the jets have to be and how it's a pain to change them.

What are your goals for the kit?

Return the kit. Buy a port meth setup from Pro meth and tap the manifold itself. Or send it to them they'll do it for you.

https://prometh.com/products/bmw-n54...ol-injection-1

Jb4, their base meth kit and this. You'll break even.

Plenty of room on the top. No idea why they thought that spacer would work. Doesn't look like it has any chance.

This is what I'll probably go with down the line as e85 isn't available near me. Is JB4 the recommended controller for the direct port or are there other controllers that can be used?

Also I wonder if braided or hard line is better.

You can use any controller you want but your cheapest most integrated option is the jb4

i've already install it and just went charge pipe injection at the moment
i'm expecting they either send a plate that would work, or refund the extra the plate would have cost

I've had trouble in the past with JB4 on my cars causing some weird electrical issues and issues with my MHD tune which is why I'm weary

You can do it with twisted tunings meth flow add on for flash only, it will only work if you are not doing flex fuel as well, it uses that input in the dme

https://twistedtuning.com/products/f...fg-1-pre-order

You'll need a complete kit plus a controller such as aquamist, torqbyte or tt evolve.
