115mph 330xi but it was necessary, officer!! (there was a car ahead of me who's bumper looked as if it was about to fly off so I went around it as quickly as I could)

Driving my friends new Viper that he just took delivery of...he's from Dubai and I go to school with him here. I went 171 and all I can say is wow..that was easy. The top speed is something like 205 in 6th..
In the last three years, he has spent over half a million in new cars. Crazy $$ in Dubai. He's paying for a full trip for me to go back with him this winter. |

Maybe 100 in my 328I. Don't like pushing it everyday just an occasional run to a 100 to keep it running nice.
Usually I'm cruising in the center or right lane at 65-80. On my old cars I would set the cruise at 90, and hit about 130 easy.

3000GT 173mph according to GPS although the speedo was reading higher
335i what ever the top of 4th is with a few seconds of 5th. Didn't care to look to be honest. Just going for a good datalog.

130 indicated (125) in my E90 325.
145 and still pulling hard in the 335. Had no idea I was going that fast, as I was too focused on the Toyota Avalon in my rear views that I was humiliating! |
