Angry Total Electrical Power Loss

I replaced my neg battery cable due to an "IBS communication" error. No instruments have power now, the FOB just slips in & out, nothing works.

There is power to the front posts (12.73v), and there is power at the rear junction box and the neg/pos cables.

I replaced the main fuse and battery already (battery failed a load test). Can anyone shed some insight into why replacing the neg cable caused this to happen? I even tried switching back to the old cable when it worked, but no luck.

If you used battery back up from the OBD when changing the battery you
could have have blown out the OBD fuse which also powers the instrument
cluster.

There are about 5 hot lines 3 of which are critical . Two power lines to the
Engine Bay and one to the Cabin . You can run without the IBS and the dataline from the IBS to the DME. See first PDF.
I would check to see the BST is intack.
What do you mean by main fuse?

I've tried disconnecting the IBS and tested the BST via voltmeter to it's connection to the battery compartment. The main fuse I'm referring to is the square terminal 30g relay in the junction box.
