Unhappy Small Bump on Inner Side of Tire - Is This Safe?

Hi,

I bought 2 used tires and I noticed that they have a small bump on the inner side of the tire. One is bigger and the other is smaller. It's my first time seeing such a thing. Do you guys know why that is? I'm not sure if it's safe to drive...

That's a tire bubble. And no it's not safe. You need to replace ASAP.

Just replaced a tire like that yesterday. Its not safe at all!! If you press it in you can feel how soft the material is.

It's a safety hazard bro, you should contact continental about that, I'm certain that their tire warranty would cover it at their expense.
