OSS Style Headlight Install?

Anyone know somewhere / someone who can do the Orion v4 install and blackout housing in the Chicago / Minneapolis area? Looking to have my e90 LCI done, but don't want to send them out if possible.

There's a shop in SE MI. May be worth it.
