Yes. You can remove the Procede at that point and take it to the dealership. The Procede will not autoclear any code unless it's on the autoclear code list (tuner codes, cat codes, fp plausibility code).

When clearing codes, is impossible to only clear some of the triggered codes. It's all or nothing kind of thing. Simple as that.
