e92 preLCI rubbing on 265/35/19, options?

Hey chaps - was hoping that my new M220 wheels with 265/35/19 in the back won't rub but was I wrong?
Car is a 2007 335i, sports pkg, original struts no spacers or other suspension modifications. Rubbing happens on the back only with no load, on turning and small bumps.
What options do I have to solve this?
- refresh suspension? If so, what package? (no tracking, just spirited driving)
- spacers? (I guess not as the rubbing seems to be on fender)
- roll the fenders? (least prefered)

I don’t think you can run the style 220s on the regular 3 without some form of fender modification. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. You might be able to make it work with 30 profile rears instead but again not 100% certain personally

I have the same exact car as you but on style 313s and was able to run 275s without rub. I’m now slightly lowered and on 265s but still clearing even under compression

Thanks! Interesting, could it be that the struts are worn out? Still running the original struts at 75k mileage.

M220 wheels are 19x9,5 with an offset of 23 which is way more to the outside then a stock 3-series fitment.
besides that you should run 265/30 in the rear, not 35.

it’s not your suspension that is wrong or worn, it’s your wheels & tyres that are wrong.

you have 3 options:
1) roll fenders
2) machine wheels so the offset goes closer to stock
3) buy different wheels.

i’d go for #3
