Steering Rack Measurements

Hello friends, I don't have a BMW but am considering an E9x steering rack swap in my Volvo racecar. I'm interested in the "garden variety" hydraulic-only 325/328/335 non-active-steering, non-M, rack.

If somebody has a bare rack out of their car, can they measure a few things?

1. Total length of the moving part of the rack, measured from the face that the inner tie rod seats on (see drawing). Distance between the centers of the inner tie rod ball joints would work too.

2. Rack travel per turn of the pinion. Measure stick out of one side, turn the pinion exactly one turn, then measure again.

Thanks!
