Trust Worthy SoCal Dealers to service your BMW
Guys,
I just got 335i Sedan and have been reading up on the local dealer ratings on bbb.com and yelp.com. Frankly I havnt found a dealership with good rating. Please comment on your experience and recommend which dealership is worth taking our car to. |

I just went to crevier about 2 months ago. They were fine and they said nothing about my HID angels.

Each persons experience is often different at the same dealership. Factoring the different SA's, which tech handles your car once you drop it off, which Mods you actually have.
Not sure if this helps but just saying at times you kind of just have to go with your gut feeling and hope for the best. |

Where are you located at? Steve Thomas BMW in Camarillo, SA Travis or Warren, are top notch. Doesn't get any better than them!
I had the same fear as you when I first got mine, looking at Santa Monica/Center/even all the way down to the OC dealer (I'm now in Ventura area), but they have put all my fears at ease! I honestly worry more about moving away and having to search again! |

I had really bad experience with Santa Monica BMW before and you can do a google search and will find lots of complaints against them. Crevier or Shelly are the closest to me and I have heard horrible stories about Shelly.

out of all the bmw dealerships I have been to, Sterling BMW in Newport Beach is my favorite. all the other dealerships seem to lag on their work. Crevier bmw took like 4 1/2 months to change my turbos and then ended up bluffing me that they voided my warranty. sterling gets down to the business, no bs.

I think SOBAY BMW was horrible but their service manager got fired and is not at Nick Alexander BMW so i say stay away from Nick Alexander and i may try SoBay again. With that said, ive had nothing but good luck with Long Beach Service.

I had a great experience buying at Nick Alexander, but a poor experience with service. SA told me he'd call me friday, but it wasn't till the following thursday that I received the call. On top of that, they didn't do everything pointed out in the walk through. So I want to find another dealer for service, or use a different service advisor next time.
