They'll fit and look fine. Ultimately it comes down to your offset. Assuming your putting 9.5x19s on the rear you'll want a ET-35 to 40 to avoid rub.
I have a set of 9x19 and 10x19s to go on |

Fronts will fit and look pretty good. The Rears should fit but will be a bit sunk in, you might want to toss a 20mm or so spacer on them.
Below is a photo of our E92 with 19x9 et28 in the front and 19x10 et20 in the rear. Compared to the photo a 19X9 et40 will sit 6mm further in the wheel well in the front and 26mm further into the wheel well in the rear. ECS Tuning |

so my concerns about arch rubbing are unfounded with this size wheel, if anything I would need spacers. Ok so whats the lowest offset 19" wheel I could squeeze under the rear arches without mods?

you can do +20 to +25 offset with a 245 and you should be alright
