Woah, I created this post a long time ago and haven't checked it since! I have some reading to do! Finally, somebody is doing clean widebodies!

The front of an E92 and E93 are pretty much the same body panels, unless I'm mistaken.

I emailed Project M the other day, asking about fenders and bumpers. Jay replied, saying he can do OEM M width fenders, either with or without the side vent, and can custom widen a bumper to fit for you.
I think they should be on here as a vendor, and sell both types of fenders+oem/mtech style widened bumpers.

Very cool! Would love to see more.

Just want to add that I've been working with jay @ Project M for a couple weeks now with my trunk, and he is one of the best guys that I have ever worked with. Very stand up, honest and will go way out of his way to make sure you are happy with his products. I have no doubt that he will make a great product out of this.

I wish there were more details on the alterations needed for the front bumper. Wonder if the Exotic Tuning lip will still fit when altered to fit with widened fenders.

i just put a deposit for my fenders.. he needs 3 more to get it going.. minor alterations to non on the front according to him. heat gun on the bumper is all the shop needs which will stretch it the fitment fender which is minimal. according to Jay and did not want to advertise this, its pretty much direct fitment bc he used oem mounting points.

Fenders FRP 750 each side for group buy price. he's only doing this once. I guess he's selling the rights to a manufacturer after the group buy.

3 more folks lets get this going because I want mine soon

Rear Flares

I am not sure if there was an answer to his, but I am wondering how the widening of the rear would be addressed being that our cars will not be symetrical with a wide front and a skinny rear.. I am down for this if we can get this addressed.. Thanks

I wouldn't by fiberglass fenders. Tell him to make them polyurethane, otherwise they will likely end up cracking.

come on you guys he's still waiiting for a few more. Otherwise he's going to start doing custom one off for those on the list with the oem m3 fenders. pre production buy is only 1600 in carbon.. NO FRP he said. Possibly Kevlar for same price. he's looking into the material from the UK.

Every freaking time he sends over pics get the itch for those fenders and just sent me some new pics as he prepares to put his hood for a new look of a vent that will be sick (according to him) and can vouch for his taste in mods, he has one of the best combination of mods. Lets go folks, I WANT MY FENDERS for christmas. GOing to see him in two weeks to pick up dual exhaust system he made for 328i. i guess that will do until fenders are done here's latest pics

Now im wondering what this hood will be like and he will only sell them custom per hood with oem lci hood!

i'll keep everyone posted on the exhaust too (no modifying the storage bin for non turbos)

I honest think that the rear should be emphasized more than the front.

The OEM front already looks good.

I think a bit flare in the rear quarter panel will give the car an aggressive stance.

Otherwise, it will look ridiculous like those guys with very muscular upper body but have skinny chicken legs.
