Looking for an e91 325 or 328 xi Sports Wagon with the following specifications.

Must be manual and have the sport package (just for the extra supports in the seats). Would be nice if it had side window shades. I would prefer if it did not have the luxury package (I don't like leather, the electric seat adjusters, and other useless gadgetry such as the overpriced navigation system). I prefer light colors...gray is ok but would not consider black.

I'm located in philly area. Hoping to find something in the next 6 months...
