ambient door led not working

help guys i just bought a 2008 E93 M3 and found out both of my front door ambient door led wont light up. the rear works fine... whats the problem is there a fuse of the led itself is bad ? help~~~~~~~~~~

Led itself I think but measure the voltage which is on the plug inside the door.

There is a small module located at the beginning of the ambient strip that contains the LED's that illuminate the fiber optics that travel down the length of strip.

I would say to check the LED's, but it is very curious that BOTH sides in front are out - each door has it's own LED module for each strip - what's the odds that the LED's are bad in both fronts?

I wouldn't think that there would be a separate fuse for the fronts & rears either, as LED's draw very little juice - best way to start is to check for correct voltage going in to the front LED strip modules.
