what do you guys think of a vinyl roof?
thinking about putting on a gloss black vinyl on my roof. something like this
but on a tiAg. I'm currently rockin shadowline trim so I'm thinking it might flow well? |

vinyl is definitely a good alternative to painting your roof black. This way you can always go back to your stock roof color, problem is actually finding someone who can apply the vinyl on the roof correctly. You'll need a lot more than just the shadowline trim though to be able to pull off a black roof

It will not look good, especially because of the sunroof.

i think itll look money as hell. I have an AW and ive seen a few audi's that have had this done as well as 350z's and i think it looks awesome, given that the rest of the car is aggressively modified. I tihnk you should go for it, post pics too and id like to do that as well

^^ see my thread which i started here. I currently have the vinyl which i purchased from BLUEBATMOBILE, i just havent had a chance to put it on. definitely a job for someone with time and patience. two man job, makes things alot less stressful for removing all bubbles fitment etc. like someone said, its a good alternative to painting the roof black. all aesthetics. some ppl like it, some dont, who cares?
