Few questions about buying an E92 335

I can't tell if the dealerships around me are playing hardball or I'm asking for too big of a discount, can you guys help?

I want to order a 335 coupe with an msrp of $52,900, but the lowest selling price I've got so far is $48,700. I always read about people getting a few thousand under invoice but this is nowhere near that.

I also came across an executive demo with 6k miles on it and according to the SA the msrp of that is $56k.

What's a realistic figure for both of these cars?

Thanks!

Garage List
I got invoice minus the $3000 USAA discount plus the BMW OEM black grilles so it is possible.

BMW is notorious for large discounts especially at this time of year. I got about $7,000 of list at this time of year. It depends how picky you are re options + colors.

Thanks guys. Is asking $46,000 for the used demo too low of a price?

if the MSRP was 56... figure on 52k invoice and since its used with 6k miles , being sold by new car dealer take another 6-8k off. 46K seems resonable... if you believe them when they say it's a 56k MSRP car. otherwise do your homework and dont trust what they shovel to you.

Thanks for reassuring me that's what I was thinking too.
