Actually.. they give you time to like argue with them... You can send them a letter, and they may cancel the prohibition@@
The mail should said something like "the license will be suspension anyways on a date, it you don't write a letter to argue or do whatever" If you choose to surrender, just go to any ICBC driving centers (where you paid your ticket or have your test) |

You probably have to surrender it to a driver licensing office. Here is a link to some locations in Van: http://www.icbc.com/locator/results....istance=10+kms
The curiosity is killing me....What did you do to get put on probation? |

I heard some people told ICBC that they are living in Van alone, and they go to UBC or SFU... They just tell them how they need the car, and they are good student something like that... Some even said they have work too-.- so they need the car so much...

Almost as crazy as a kid who's had his DL for less than a year; speeding, breaking rules about having your 'L' learners displayed and having an extra passenger in the car?...

@@ you dun need to mail ur driver license to victoria @@
You can even tell them u lost it@@ You can just call and or go to ICBC center, and then tell them you are ok to let the suspension begins@@ That's it, if you dun want to fight for less suspension month@@ My gf's fd just make 3 months suspension down to 2months |

fight it, if you have never been pulled over before. OR if you were actually speeding at 65-70. He must have really hated you to have taken your license away.

I think you should at least write to him first if you decide to not surrender your DL. The worst part about prohibition is that the 2-year novice period will start all over again after the prohibition period, absolutely ridiculous
