Rear Suspension -Whats This ?? Help Needed

Hi, what is this bush called and or bmw part number as its gone on my 330d with severe play in both sides,

Could this be down to the suspension being lowered by only 20mm and has 255 30 19 runflats fitted, if so is there any upgrade like powerflex available to replace this

Thats Part of the rear knuckle

Camber arm ball joint at the wheel carrier. Torqued correctly? Easily replaced if need be.

Not a bushing! May explain movement.

Here's mine....item #03....you can look up your ride at that site.
