Has anyone ever had a steering hose blow off?

I took my car to get an alignment and as the dude pulled back up from the test drive i noticed a little leak. I figured it was water that he had driven through until i started the car to leave and it made all sorts of noise. After finding the puddled of what was once my steering fluid i opened the hood... come to find out that one of the lines that go to the steering cooling had popped off. in the diagram below its hose 13, but i also noticed that hose 11 has the same type of fitting and i am worried about that one too. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?
