I'm afraid I've done this hundreds of times, walked past a car that I like & done a quick detour round it to have another look. The apparent use of a remote is also something I do regularly to double check my car is locked, even to walking out into the road, or suspiciously back towards my car while pressing the remote till I’m close enough to get a signal, so if this is suspicious I’m likely to get arrested myself. Having said all of that I can sympathise with the OP, safe in the knowledge that my car is safely tucked up in a garage, and the revelation about them “hiding in the gully right next to the bay window” certainly puts a slightly different complexion on this and, under the circumstances, I would certainly report it to the police.

Oh yeah That's what happens when you're rushing out a post on a smart phone while pulling into the station you need to get off at!

Based on the other vids you have on YouTube I'd be looking to sell the car and buy a house in a decent neighbourhood!!!

Best way to prevent theft is to live somewhere that's not full of thieving cants. |

actually i love where i live and the neighbourhood is pretty safe compared to alot of other places (as per police.uk) the ONLY thing missing is a garge ! i would LOVE to have a garage but since i have been living in the house for many years why let that stop me from driving and thoroughly enjoying a 3L twin power turbo 300hp open top car

i have resigned myself now that there is a good chance my car will get stolen even though i have taken the neccassary precautions. the worst part is, apart from the fact its the best car ever have owned (so far), if it does get stolen is having to choose another make or lower spec second hand bmw but what i will NEVER do again is buy another new bmw. fyi a friend of mine who installs car alarms knows of 8 high end bmw's being stolen only last week ! |
