paint lifted

was washing the car earlier and noticed this on the rear bumper. have figured that a friend hopped something off it when taking stuff out of the boot

the paint has lifted leaving a black spot - u can see where the paint is peeling a bit

anyone know what's the best way to treat this? i guess it's best to get it done asap?

Local paint repair by a smart repair type outfit should sort it.

Otherwise touch up stick.
