since iphone 5 released, anyone in the Greater Vancouver Area
selling your top condition TELUS Locked iphone 4?
I don't need 4S, too expensive, can't afford it
I am willing to pay some cash
I have Best Buy, Future Shop and Apple iTunes gift cards

Hey dude,

I suggest you check out Kijiji or market place on FB. You'll likely find a great deal on there.

If money is an issue, jump into a nice low monthly 2-3yr contract and they'll give you 1 for free.

Otherwise, good luck finding a local who will sell for less than $300-400 cash.
