No boost and no codes?

Hey I'm getting only 4psi boost but the car isn't throwing any codes, I tried reflashing the tune but still the same. Anyone experience any problem like this? I have a 2012 335is, mods are in my sig. Thanks

Check FMIC and BOV area for starters since they are the aftermarket areas of the pressurized system.

It takes a good 4 seconds of Wide Open throttle and underboosting before it throws the 30FF code.
