Ok great. Bad idea.

Im going to suck it up and risk the pro kit. Ive sourced god deals on -
Pro kit plus fsd - dearest - worried about fsd failure with the lower spring

Pro kit plus b4s - not a lot cheaper than fsd due shipping costs to australia. Might be too soft? I want it pretty compiant tho.

B12 kit - on sale so cheap - worried might be too firm on our roads. Good deal.

And i need new bumpstops and will follow the adice here on that.

Any long term issues with the b4s? As a dd?

Thanks a million.

None at all. I've done nearly 15k over the last year on mine and still think they're superb. So much better than the stock MSport setup.

Excellent. I was thinking of not lowering but now I'm back to pro kit.

I've been offered a very good deal on the Eibach Pro System (prokit plus eibach shocks) and the system may in fact have the B4s marketed as eibach. Its sounds very very similar to what you have.

Getting the B4s is a tough challenge and they are 30% more expensive in australia.

The pro system kit was review by tirerack and there was a favourable result.

Still praying the 17" rft wont bring the house down. cheers

Great thread, just what I'm looking for, seeing that I am about to collect a 330d Touring and have a Pro-Kit waiting to fit.

Question if I may... If the original bumpstops are still in useable shape - is there any reason why they can't be cut to a comparable length of the shorter E36 M3 items? Surely they are just dense foam...

Don't suppose you can remember the part numbers for the bump stops?
