Odd Clutch Noise

After the car is warmed up and driven around the block, I get a weird clutch noise when I depress or engage the clutch. It sounds a bit like like a spring that's going bad.

Also, the clutch has been rather jerky in Reverse, 1st, and 2nd gear. It's as if the clutch is engaging wrong. I had the clutch changed in March 2012 so it shouldn't be that.

I'll try to get a video of the clutch noise but in the meantime here is a video of the engine at idle if that helps clue anything in:

Clutch Sound:

How many miles and what noise are you exactly talking about? From what I can tell everything sounds normal including the ticking.

Did they replace your flywheel when they did your clutch? Hope you aren't about to experience what I just had. I had noises like that and a slipping on cold mornings from dead stops, the flywheel was failing and then did fail. (exploded)

67000 miles. I update the post with the clutch noise with the engine off. I'm getting a lot more vibration now when engaging the clutch in neutral.

Mine does the same thing. I have 207k mi on the original clutch. It's clutch material getting on the throw out bearing. It also could be a dry clutch pedal bushing since you mentioned that your clutch pedal feels gritty. You can get some dry graphite and squirt some where the clutch pedal hinges.

I'll give that a shot, thanks.
