Tire Warranty question

I purchased from the dealer the tire warranty for around $270 or so when I got my 335 w/ sports package. When we did the paperwork for the tire warranty, they filled it out and wrote down the exact tires brand and specs.

My question is if I change tire brands and get regular tires of the same size since I don't like the run-flats, am I covered if I get a nail through the sidewall or go over a big bump and dent my stock rims? Am I only covered if I get the exact same tire brand?

since I didn't sell you the tire warranty I don't know the details

there are so many varietys and different levels of protection, different prices paid

the only way to know is to call the place you bought it from
