Haven't bought anything from them for a while, but that's because the parts I'm waiting for aren't OEM. If they were I'd buy from them in an instant. Shipping was crazy fast, got it in 2 days after I placed the order. They can count on my orders for anything OEM in the future though for sure.

decided to get a zhp knob and alcantara boot. after a misunderstanding that the boot would fit w/o ssk, Evan was nothing but helpful. 29 emails later aobut that, other products, shipping and what not, the correct boot, hand brake and blacklines are on the way! talk about customer service!

Side mirror was damaged, got a replacement from Jason for my m3 at a great price. Since I live in the area was easy to pickup also! Great people to deal with!

Posting as it appears that my dealerrater.com feedback I posted back in February is no longer there.

I've purchased a number of items from the site, the biggest order of which was a full M-Tech Kit and spoiler for my E90. I was very pleased with the service, both via e-mail, and delivery. Everything arrived in good order, and was installed asap. Spoiler was ordered prepainted and matched my paint perfectly.

Biggest upside to ordering from Tischer are their prices and service.

Ordered M3 sides, TPMS sensors, and euro switch and recieved all parts the next day. Excellent service!!! Jason always answers my questions via IM and is extremely. I choose Tischer over my local BMW dealer for parts even though its only a 5 min drive away. The service and knowledge @ Tischer is unbeatable!!!

So far I have ordered the complete E90 M-Tech Kit, M-Tech Carbon Fiber Diffuser and the iPod adapter.

Everything has been right on the money and haven't had a problem with the delivery or parts. I emphasize on this issue because I live in South America, Peru, to be exact, and lets face it, if the wrong part ships there is no way to send it back!

I also returned some parts I had bought for a GB that people flaked on - Jason was kind enough to accept them back and issue a refund.

Those black finishing rods are sweet aren't they. Tischer always has the best stuff.

While I haven't ordered anything from Tischer just yet, I have had a few conversations with them for pricing and advice on modding my car. Evan and Jason are great guys to deal with and provide a hassle free buying experience. They believe that customer service comes first which is a rarity these days.
