I have read forum posts saying it will be a MY 2011 refresh and MY 2010. I guess we will have to wait and see.

One would think with MY 2010 production starting in a little over two months, more spy info would be out there is this refresh was coming for MY 2010.

There's a guy from another thread who cliams to have an official pdf showing no refresh till March 2010 as a MY 2011, only minor changes for MY 2010.

I haven't liked any of BMW's LCIs to date (e46/e90). They seem to be really hit and miss. Hopefully for any new buyers, the new e92 will be a hit.

I could, but I will not That might not be a wise move if I want to continue working for BMW. All I can say is that the LCI is coming next spring and the changes will be very similiar to the E90 LCI.

Hopefully for the new buyers they won't put on those ugly dumbo ear mirrors. The rest of the changes I could live with. Anyhow, I'm glad I got my car when I did. Waiting until next year would have been too long for me.

^ and you live in sweden?

There are always exceptions to the rule, but seriously, when e36 changed to e46 (1999), the coupe was a year behind (2000), when e46 sedan was face-lifted (2002) the coupe was a year behind (2003), when e46 went to e90 (2006) the e92/e93 came a year behind (2007)...

I'd be surprised to see the chain broken, perhaps BMW is going to a longer life-cycle with the e9x series? That might make sense for the face-lifted coupe to come out a year after it should...

Are you kidding or just trying to feel ok about your `09? Don't feel bad, BMW always does this, right after you buy the car of your dreams, one a little bit better is released. Enjoy your car, no matter what is next from BMW...

Quite serious actually.

Even before I thought about buying my car, my friends who don't drive BMWs looked at the E90 LCI and were not impressed. For instance, they thought the lines of the front and rear were ruined, the LED tails incomplete, and the mirrors dumbo looking.

For me, I don't just feel okay. I FEEL

Love my '09 M-Sport!!!

^ actually, I agree with your take on the e90 LCI, but I believe thats just because we have yet to get used to it. While I love the new front of the e90, the rear does leave some left to be desired. I hope they do not mess up the e92/e93, but some LED taillights would be welcomed.

Either way, everyone is entitled to their opinion, still, no matter what they release next, ugly or gorgeous, enjoy your ride!

ETK is showing that the current e92 front bumper will be changed on 03/2010.
So 03/2010 is the month when LCI production will start : )
