The only time i'd say no was if it was lowered with a kit and the person driving (be it a guy or girl) doesn't have experience with driving lowered/kitted cars.

I didn't see the word wife or fiance in the OP's question. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not shelling out money for some woman I happen to be with at this moment because "it's just a car." Assuming it takes insurance to fix "anything that happens to a car," such a cost increases exponentially over time with surcharged premiums.

Wow I never thought this thread would get so much attention, thanks for the replies guys, got some great lauphs from it.

I live in Miami, FL and I am writing this post from Dallas, TX so I am already out of town and guess what, I LEFT HER THE KEYS....

To answer several questions:

1. My girl is a beautiful brazilian bombshell with the best ass uve ever seen. OF COURSE I WAS GOING TO GIVE HER THE DAM KEYS. AND NO I WONT POST PICS OF HER, SO DONT ASK U LOOSERS.

2. She owns a stickshift 07 VW Rabbit, so yes she can drive stick, if not I would never let her drive the dam thing.

3. Luckily when me and my girl are in my car together and I always point out pot holes, bumps, and areas of danger that are part of daily driving. So she is very aware of when to slow down, how to drive in certain areas, etc...all reasons on why i left her the key's...1 of my main concers was she plans to drive to school and park in the god for saken studuent parking lot were assholes open doors with no regard for other cars...THUS she promised to park in the farthest spot, next to the curb were only 1 car can park next to mine....

overall I love my girl, I love my 3359 (lol) so i figured y not just let the 2 things i love co exist and love each other as well. after all its just a car. (that will be replaced by the new m3 in 2009!!!!)

Brave man! TBH I think it depends how long you've known them. With a girlfriend my general answer would have been no, but I would have said no to anyone who asked other than my parents. Once we got enganged (and since married) she can take my car anytime.

It is tough though, the first time she borrowed it she spilled sugar laden tea all over the interior (stains dripping down the radio, gear stick, center console) when I asked her about it she hadn't even realised she had done it, but since then she's been good to my baby.
