Leather Key FOB Case - Anyone order from here?
Has anyone used this website to buy key chains from? It's called eagleday.com
If so, how was your experience? I really want to order two of these and can't find them anywhere. I even looked at that Tischer place and didn't see them online. http://www.eagleday.com/keyrings1.html Thanks!

I got one from my local BMW dealer. It is a nice leather protection for the fob. My only complaint with it is that you can only place the fob in it as pictured. If you attach a key chain, then the pin won't fit. I ended up looping the key chain through the hole where the BMW pin goes through instead but you lose the BMW symbol.

Couldn't you put the pin through the hole and the ring over the pin and then snap the cap on?

I hate mine too - they are very nice, but assume you will never want your key on a keyring which I do all the time, if you never use a keyring they are nice!

Update: I picked up two keychains today. I was able to fit a keyring on as well. See attached photo. The pin fits just fine. I just had to do some digging to find a circle key ring that was small enough.
Also, the blue is much darker in person than it looks in the photo I first attached. Cheers!

dealerfit.com
I bought mine from dealerfit.com
I paid $16.45 plus shipping. Here's the link: http://bmw.dealerfit.com/store/bmw-m...1389_29052.php Dealerfit.com is a good place to shop from. I've purchased from them several times. Had to call customer service once because one of my accessories was missing the mounting hardware (screws). They sent out the missing hardware very quickly with no hassles. Highly reccomended! |

I made mine. Keeps the key safe from scratches and holds my house and garage keys too. had it a year and its still like new. Didn't cost me a penny to make, just a bit of time.
If anyone's interested i'll upload a pic.

Here is what I did with mine, it doesn't have the BMW logo on it but it works great!:
