Is this a good lease on a 328 convertible?

I'm a previous E46 convertible owner, possibly making my way back to a '13 328 convertible. I've narrowed down my exterior colors to mineral white or space gray with coral red. Been given several lease offers after much bargaining, thoughts? These don't include the wear and tear coverage, how much is this usually? $750?

All 2013 328 convertibles AT with 15k miles/yr

Option 1:
Mineral white + coral red
$57,500 MSRP
Navi + BMW apps
Convenience package
Premium package
M-Sport package + M-sport steering wheel

$2500 down (including drive offs, etc)
$575/month (including 9% CA tax )
36 or 39 months

Option 2:
Space gray + coral red
$55,300 MSRP
Navi + BMW apps
Cold weather package + heated steering wheel
Premium package
Premium sound package

$2500 down (including drive offs, etc)
About $560/month (including 9% CA tax)
39 months

Option 3:
Space gray + coral red
Unknown MSRP
Navi + BMW apps
Heated seats
Convenience package

$2500 down (including drive offs, etc)
About $525/month (including 9% CA tax)
39 months

Was also offered a 335 with almost every option available... $63k MSRP, $2500 down, $650/mo with tax, 39 months. Tempting, but unfortunately not the right interior color...

This includes the loyalty credit (can't recall $750 or 1500) since I do have another BMW FS account.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advanced.

If you are even considering a 335, don't settle with a 328. They are night in day as far as performance. If you plan to got with the 328, don't drive a 335 lol.

Well, I think I could live with the 328 (my E46 was a 330cic). For speed, I have the BMW bike equivalent of the M3... the S1000RR. 0-60 2.5sec and 186mph top speed
