I did debadge mine.
This is the first I've debadged. the chrome numbers on the silver paint, just don't contrast enough. I also added the Blacklines, so the debadging made the cars rear end look soooo much cleaner !!! I'm not trying to pose as an M3 or make others think the car is something it's not. they'll see what it is....... but just from the back of course..... Let the modding begin !!!!!! :-) kj |

Does the US get the option of not having it (badge) fitted in the first place?

I don't have any straight on from behind with the new roundel, just this one:
The car is being operated on right now (hardwire radar, grille, new angel lights etc...) I'll take some more pics when I'm done. |

I say Debadge. I ended up leaving my 330 debadged after I had to do some body work on my trunk after someone keyed it. I like the debadged look better.

I'm probably the minority here, but I think debadging makes the back of the car look "empty" and like something is missing. So basically don't debadge because the numbers look cool and like they belong there, without a badge it looks wrong somehow.

Code 320 - No Model Number (Debadged)

Now, I'm buying mine through Pentagon Car Sales, and I don't know if that will make a difference, but that's the code. Now I have to make sure the sneaky dealer doesn't put a dealer name sticker on the car...
